Creation of Entry account consists of:
Providing your basic profile info: full name and email.
Biometric registration.
Verification of your email from step 1.
Some tips that would ensure successful biometric registration:
Make sure the lighting is good.
Use a good internet connection - when the bandwidth is not enough, your video signal might be compressed too heavily, which might require you to go through the process more than one time.
